Freight Volume Of CRE Through East Corridor Hits Records High In First Half Of Year

In the first half of this year, the number of CRE passed through Manchuria, Suifenhe, and Tongjiang Railway Port of the East Corridor totaled 2,899, delivering 304,000 TEUs of goods, year-on-year growth of 5.1% and 3.4% respectively, hitting records high for the same period, which indicates a steady operation.
Since the beginning of this year, the number of CRE trains has shown a steady increase in general. In the first five months, the number of CRE through the East Corridor (both inbound and outbound) accounted for 31% of total train operations in the country, among which the number of inbound trains took 42.4% of the total, ranking first in the country.
